🫖TEA TYPES🫖
BLACK TEA
With its rich flavour and robust colour, black tea is a delicious and nutritious option. Primarily made from the Camellia Sinensis plant, black tea contains caffeine but also offers a number of other health benefits. Black tea's flavonoids help fight inflammation and support a healthy immune system, but it’s also useful outside the cup. Applying cooled, black tea to skin irritations can reduce swelling and offer relief.
WHITE TEA
White Tea is a delicately-flavoured tea variety sourced from Camellia Sinensis plants native to China and India. It is highly beneficial due to its antioxidants, fluoride, catechins, and tannins; research shows it can fight various forms of cancer, strengthen teeth, and reduce acid and sugar damage.
GREEN TEA
Organic green tea is an excellent source of beneficial flavonoids, helping protect your heart and potentially reducing the risk of cancer. Matcha, a finely-ground form of green tea, is full of anti-inflammatory properties, helping keep your skin clear and glowing.
